The program is organized under the joint implementation of WEAB and Prottoy Unnayan Sangstha. Staff Capacity Development Training on Prevention of Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (PSEA) program is conducted mong the stalls involved in project implementation in Coxs Bazar. Duration of training was 1 day. 6 staff were taught about PSEA in this 1 day training. And they are taught what PSEA is, why it is needed, how it will affect their careers, and they are glad they got the training. They will perform PSEA due responsibiities in implementing their projects.They took this training with great confidence. The PSEA training organised by WEAB and Prottoy Unnayan Sangstha, supported by UN women and funded by WPHF. The training was conducted by Prottoy Unnayan Sangstha ‘s staffs . The program staffs have been organized and facilitated the targeted events successfully with coordinated manner .
