The program is organized under the joint implementation of WEAB and Prottoy Unnayan Sangstha . Staff Information and Communication Training and the program is conducted with ASEDERFDBFC project staff in Cox’s Bazar district. The training period was 1 day. In this 1 day training all project staff were taught about information and communication. They are taught Behavior change, Case study, Gender concept, Meeting preparation, Networking, Relation, Team Behavior, Presentation etc., why it is needed, how it will affect their life and they say they are glad to have this training. They take this training with a lot of confidence. Leadership training organized by WEAB and Prottoy Unnayan Sangstha , supported by UN Women and funded by WPHF. The training was conducted by Project Manager Rezaur Rahman. Program staff are well organized and have successfully facilitated targeted events in a coordinated manner.
